Step 1: Visit https://pnpclearance.ph and register (new applicant) or log in (existing applicant).
Step 2: Fill out required information and set an appointment at a suitable date and preferred Police Station.
Step 3: Take note of the system-generated Reference Number issued.
Step 4: Pay online thru LandBank of the Philippines Link.Biz Portal using your account from LandBank, Bancnet, G-Cash, or PayMaya.
Step 5: Secure a copy of the Payment Confirmation Slip and Electronic Official Receipt (OR) as proof of payment.
NPCS APPLICANT SHALL PRESENT AT LEAST ONE ACCEPTABLE ISSUED ID, AS FOLLOWS:
- Social Security Systems (SSS) Card;
- Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) Card;

Free Clearance for FTJS can only be availed once. 2. For first time applicants, personal appearance is required to have photo, electronic signature, and biometrics taken.
FOR RENEWAL PROCESS:
For renewal process, note that applicants must use / log- In the existing NPC Account. From their last application. Applicants can choose the renewal application if With or without appearance. For Non-Appearance. The applicants will be required to update the profile and upload 2×2 picture and selfie holding a valid government issued ID. Applicants need not to appear at the Police Station. Wait for the application to be processed and Clearance can be downloaded on their NPC Account Profile.

Note that for clearance Certification is intended only for the following first time applicants: – Filipino Citizen Working/Based in Other Country – Bedridden -Petitioner (Applying for Probation/Bail) -Deceased
