In a previous post, we discussed the process on how you can enroll your Metrobank account for online banking (MetrobankDirect), right?  In this article, we are going to teach you how you can view your statement of account in Metrobank using MetrobankDirect.

First things first, you need to ensure that you have completed all of the steps we have provided in the article that talked about the enrollment of your Metrobank ATM account to online banking.  After a successful registration, be sure to follow the steps below:

Step 1:

Log-in to your newly registered MetrobankDirect account.  On the left hand-side, you will see these options:

  • View Account Summary
  • View Statement
  • Pay Bills
  • Transfer Funds
  • Re-order checkbook
  • Manage accounts
  • Open a new account
  • Stock Trading
  • Tax Payment

On these options, hit on View Statement.  A prompt will then pop-up which will give you the accounts that you have with Metrobank.  Select the account you want to view and click View Statement Criteria on the bottom part.

Step 2:

From this option, you can modify and configure which types of transactions you want to view.  For a more specific and detailed search, input the date and time of the transactions (if of course you are aware of this).

Step 3:

This is also the transaction history so you would have the chance to view the transactions from any given date up to the date that you wish.  You will see the list of transactions you’ve done on specific dates and that is to keep a record if in case fraud happened.

Step 4:

After getting and viewing what you need, you have the option to Download or to Print the statements you have viewed from your online account.  This is for the Metrobank ATM Card/Debit Card; you won’t be able to see the statement of account for your credit cards with Metrobank.

To do this, you have to go to the top part of the page, you will see two options there:

  • Deposit Accounts
  • Credit Card Accounts

Click on the Credit Card Accounts if you wish to see your credit card bills or if you want to download and print it.

It’s easy, right?  Online banking makes everything easy; as you can see the options above, you can do a lot of things without going through the hassle of going to a physical bank to have transactions, to get statements of accounts, to transfer funds, and a lot more.  What do you think about online banking?  Have you tried online banking yet?  What are you waiting for?  Enroll your Metrobank ATM or Credit Card account now and experience banking like never before.
