Contact Numbers of Philippine Banks You Need To Know In Cases Of Emergency

|

Our banks hold a large amount of our money and therefore they should always be in reach. I think here in the Philippines, not all banks offer online banking. Although that’s the case, I think most banks here operate 24/7. Given the fact that timezones may be different and it’s our money, it’s our every right to know the status of our accounts. So if not all banks are accessible right beneath our noses, how can we contact them?

Just like businesses and establishments, banks have contact information too. You can refer to the following if you’re unsure if your bank offers which-is-which:

  • Their website
  • Email address
  • Domestic toll free number
  • International toll free number

Lucky you because in this article, we are listing contact information you can refer to if you have questions with regard to your financial accounts.

Following Banco De Oro in this list is BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands). Apart from BDO, BPI is also a well-known bank here in the Philippines. In fact, a lot of Filipinos choose these two banks mainly because of obvious reasons like:

  • They both offer mobile and online banking
  • Both banks can easily be contacted
  • ATMs of these banks are accordingly distributed nationwide

Although we need to understand that like other businesses, it’s not seen as competition. In fact, they help each other; hand-in-hand to properly and efficiently service our citizens.

As you may have noticed, there are a lot of banks that are currently servicing our country. The banks range from what they have to offer and what types of programs they have. Although not all banks are advanced and are as flexible as others, they still serve one purpose and that is to secure our finances and help us keep it in a timely manner.

So to help everyone, we’ve compiled the list of the banks here in the Philippines and gathered their contact information. This includes the website where you can see what types of programs or promotions they offer; their email address for you to be able to send them an email about an issue or inquiry; and their contact numbers.
