SSS Digital and Online Payments: Where You Can Make Them

However, what’s making everyone wonder is with the question: Where can I make SSS digital and online payments? Where do I go? Can I do it all online; or can I go to a physical store?

You can do all of those; in fact, you can perform whatever’s most convenient and what’s easiest for you. What you need to have, though, would be your PRN or your Payment Reference Number.

Getting Your PRN

There are various ways on how you can get your unique PRN. You can choose from the options of sending them an email; visiting SSS Counters and Kiosks; Online Generation of the PRN; giving them a phone call – among others!

Many Options For SSS Digital and Online Payments

With the wide spectrum of options you can choose from, you’ll never experience a shortage on what you need to do! You can choose banking, over-the-counter payments, digital payments, and more!

Before we get into those, we would just like to inform you of the various over-the-counter options you can do for your SSS payments. These payments; both for regular, household, and employers include:

  • Asia United Bank (AUB)
  • Bank of Commerce (BoC)
  • Bank One Savings Bank
  • First Isabela Cooperative Bank (FICO)
  • Partner Rural Bank
  • Philippine Business Bank
  • Robinsons Bank Corporation (RBC)
  • Rural Bank of Lanuza
  • Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC)
  • Union Bank of the Philippines (UBP)
  • United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB); and
  • Wealth Bank

What You Need to Do

Should you choose this option, all you need to do is to  have your PRN ready; present it and you will have all of your payments posted instantly!

If you are an employer, you can perform over-the-counter transactions to submit payments!

Internet Banking

Among the many options SSS members have would be to utilize Internet Banking facilities for their convenience. You will never have a hard or a difficult time working on it – you can do it while you’re in the comfort of your own home!

It’s easy, it’s fun – and it’s a lot simpler than visiting the banks for over-the-counter transactions!

Through Bank’s Web Facility

If you find it easier to use the web facility of the bank, you can use these banks to settle your SSS payments:

  • Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) – Bizlink;
  • Security Bank Corporation (SBC) – Digibanker; and
  • Union Bank of the Philippines (UBP)

Alternatively, you can stray from that option because you can also utilize the e-Government or e-Gov facility or the BANCNET through these banks:

  • Asia United Bank (AUB)
  • Bank of Commerce (BoC)
  • China Bank (CBC)
  • CTBC Bank
  • Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company (MBTC)
  • MUFG Bank
  • Philippine Bank of Communications (PBComm)
  • Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. (RCBC)
  • Robinsons Bank (RBC); and
  • Standard Chartered Bank

FOR EMPLOYERS: You need to have an account with the bank in question to be able to use these services. Furthermore, BPI Bizlink, Union Bank, and Bancnet are available ONLY for corporate and regular employers.

Non-Bank Collecting Partners

So you don’t want the banks’ long lines so you’d prefer a different path; that is totally fine! Luckily for you, there are payment options available and you can utilize them effectively and efficiently.

Akin to the other processes; employers just need to have their PRN so that the payments are posted in an instant! For over-the-counter transactions:

  • Bayad Center
  • EcPay; and
  • SM Centers

NOTE: For payments for a loan, SM only accepts individual loan accounts. Corporations should coordinate with them on how they can receive it in a corporate manner or from an employer.

Partner Banks (For Individual Members)

In case you are an individual member, you can also perform over-the-counter transactions to be able to pay for your premiums and your contributions.
