Meizu MX5 and Huawei Honor 7 both flaunt a beautiful look with their full-metal unibody design concepts. On one hand, the latest beauty from Meizu features reminiscent of the iPhone 6, while on the other, Honor 7 boasts a classy look with an appealing metal band going around its sides. No doubt, the look and feel of both phones is fairly impressive, but Meizu’s MX5 might just stand out with its low weight and sleek form factor. Huawei Honor 7 comes in two storage variants with 16GB and 64GB memory, expandable by up to 128 gigs, while Meizu MX5 comes in three storage variants with 16/32/64 GB memory, without further expandability. Although MX5 misses expansion via micro-SD, but with an added 32GB variant, it certainly gives enough options for non-stop work and play.

Connectivity

On the connectivity front, Meizu MX5 and Huawei Honor 7 both go head to head, and feature dual-sim slots with options like, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, A-GPS, GPRS/EDGE, 3G HSPA+, 4G LTE, and micro-USB 2.0. The launch of both phones is yet awaited in Indian market.

As per our opinion, Meizu MX5 with an enticing price tag looks slightly better than Huawei Honor 7. Although both phones go head to head under all categories, but with a lower price and ready to go dual-SIM capabilities, Meizu MX5 stands one step ahead of Huawei’s latest flagship.
